How long will it take to receive the appraisal report?
Reports can be expected within 48-72 business hours from inspection appointment.
When are you next available for an inspection?
This is dictated by workflow, but most often within 2-3 days. Typically seeking at least 4 hours advance notice, but can do same day appointments pending schedule and location.
What can I do to prepare for the inspection?
Nothing is absolutely necessary. Personal clutter is of no concern as that is personal property. It can be helpful if you are able to ensure clear access to all rooms, mechanical systems, outbuildings, etc. If recently updated, it is helpful to have an itemized list of improvements (receipts are not necessary). If recently constructed, builder floorplans are helpful for reference.
How will I receive my appraisal report?
This will be confirmed in assignment discussion, but most commonly a PDF will be delivered via email AFTER confirmation of payment receipt
How can I pay for the appraisal report?
At this time, cash or check only. If payment is taken at time of appointment, report can be expected within 48-72hrs
